Чехов — сочинение

A man is never contented with what he has, he always wants something more. And not without reason. People are very selfish creation and I agree with this statement.
The simplest example: one employee in the office had to write the plan, but his pencil was sharpened enough, he was not satisfied, and the young man started to sharpen it and before trate that the rod at all broke. Another example: The rich, who in the early days of their business was contented with small, later included in pursuit of millions, billions. In this pursuit people often lose everything. But even in ancient Russia people said: "bird in the hand is better than two in the bush."
Why are people so arranged that they just can not get enough? And what happens? Man always wants everything and more, and as a result often gets nothing. But, of course, "better not get anything than get a little", right? Nevertheless, this discontent has a downside. Constant pursuit, the pursuit of better is evolution! Men we are so constituted that will never be satisfied with what we already have. Because otherwise is spiritual death much earlier than physical, as in the famous story of Chekhov's "Ionich." While we are alive - we worry, rejoice, grieve. There is always something that makes us to be active.
